Shipping Update

Dear MU Scholars,
Our UK warehouse should have all European backer shipments processed this week.
Our Australian warehouse should have all Australian and NZ shipments processed this week.
Our US warehouse is still waiting for the delivery of the games. We do not have specific details as to the exact delay, but we do know the ship took several days to get unloaded, and then the games were processed by customs. We do not have the exact delivery date to the warehouse. We continue to check the status every day. When we know more, you will know more.

Fulfilment has commenced!

Dear MU scholars,
We locked down Backerkit last week, and our three fulfilment warehouses (US, UK and Australia) received your shipping details as soon as the credit card payments had been processed and cleared.
- Backers in the UK/Europe are beginning to receive their shipments from our fulfilment parter Kixto. You may have seen backers posting their deliveries on social media.
- Our Australian fulfilment partner Aetherworks will start sending out backer rewards on Monday.
- US shipping is due to start early next week. When we have further information about US/Canada deliveries we will share it.
Ideally, it would have been great to start shipping everyone's orders at the same time, but we also want to get rewards to out as many backers as we can, as quickly as possible. This is why we gave our UK and Australian fulfilment warehouses the green light to start despatching orders, even though our US warehouse isn't ready.

Dear MU Scholars.
The UK shipment has cleared customs and arrives in the UK warehouse on Wednesday this week. The US shipment is expected to clear customs this week as well. The Australian shipment is in our Australian warehouse and final shipments are being prepared.
Thus, we will be LOCKING addresses TUESDAY, February the 12th at midnight. Any address change requests made after that need to be sent to [email protected].
PLEASE NOTE: That if you request to change your address after the 13th of February it could impact your shipment delivery.
The customs and paperwork has been a bear this time around. Fortunately, final shipments start rolling this week. Backer rewards will be shipped before pre-orders, and before the game goes into general retail.

Dear MU Scholars,
We thought you might enjoy tracking the progress of the three cargo ships carrying the Miskatonic University games to our fulfillment warehouses. Below are the links to marinetraffic.com for each ship, although other websites offer similar such info.
Australia (for Australia and NZ) - Cosco Korea docks January 27th
United Kingdom (for Europe) – Jules Verne docks February 3rd
United States (for NA, SA, and RoW) – Ital Contessa docks February 4th
Please note that we do not know if the Jules Verne will actually travel 20,000 leagues under the sea on its way to port.
We are going to be locking down BackerKit address updates this weekend, so if you have not updated your address please do so asap. Once we lock down BackerKit you would have to email [email protected] with any further changes. Please note, that we will be processing backer rewards by warehouse, and all backer copies will be mailed out before any pre-orders or regular sales would get processed.
While these ships did not get underway as quickly as we had originally scheduled, we are very close to delivering the final games to backers in February.

Dear MU Scholars,
Our shipping company has finally managed to wrestle through new customs forms, an unexpected inspection, new duty regulations and paperwork, and power of attorney updates. Welcome to the new world of international trade!
While I do not have the ship names just yet, I do have the departure dates for the ships headed to our three fulfillment warehouses:

UK bound ship departs January 6th
- US bound ship departs January 8th
- Australia bound ship departs January 3rd
